Viktor was born in 1919. He died in 1973.
Fron 1932 He studied in the Art Studio of the Trades union Organisation. In Moscow under Konstantin Dorokhov and Konstantin Yuon. He graduated in 1947 from Igor Grabar's Studios.
He obtained a flying licence and was an excellent fisherman. From 1948 - 1951 he taught at the Surikov Institute in Moscow and later managed the Artist's Union's Art Studios in Goryachi Klynch, near Krasnodar. He is one of the most celebrated artists in the Soviet Union and his works can also be seen in the Moskow gallery
